Our Story

A Legacy of Excellence in Hazelnut Production

AZFINDIK LLC has been operating since 2007. Our company owns 3 factories and 150 hectares of hazelnut orchards in Azerbaijan. The company's activity direction is to strengthen its export potential year by year by exporting hazelnut kernels to the Russian and European markets, at the same time, to bring the hazelnut kernels produced by our company to high standards in terms of quality and to further increase its production capacity.

Our Services

Hazelnut Purchase

Suppliers provide us with small samples of their products. We analyze the hazelnuts in laboratory conditions to determine moisture and signs of rot. If the hazelnut meets our required quality standards, we offer a special price.

Initial Processing

During this process, the hazelnut product is loaded into drying bins for dehydration. Here the product moisture is reduced to 7.5 - 7.0%.

Sorting

Sorted hazelnuts are sent back to the sorting line to be cleaned of dust and shell residues. Hazelnuts are sorted by size, and the size can be selected for processing according to the customer's order.

Production Process

Hazelnut Purchase

Suppliers provide us with small samples of their products. We analyze the hazelnuts in laboratory conditions to determine moisture and signs of rot. If the hazelnut meets our required quality standards, we offer a special price.

Sorting

Sorted hazelnuts are sent back to the sorting line to be cleaned of dust and shell residues. Hazelnuts are sorted by size, and the size can be selected for processing according to the customer's order.

Packaging

Processed hazelnuts according to international standards should not have visible rot. The moisture should be between 5.5 - 6.0%. After repeated laboratory inspection, the hazelnuts are packaged in various forms.

Logistics

After the packaging process, the hazelnuts are ready for sale and distribution to buyers.
